Our Ministries

Old Fashioned Bible Teaching and Preaching

Sterling Baptist Church has services on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A Wednesday night Bible study and prayer meeting is at 7:00 p.m. These 3 services are held at the church physical location. We livestream all of these on Facebook. In each service you will find Bible teaching and preaching.

Traditional Hymns

Sterling Baptist Church uses a traditional hymn book. We love to sing the old hymns that have stood the test of time. We also sing choruses and have special music.

Children's Ministries

Sterling Baptist Church loves children! We have an active Children's Church during our 11:00 a.m. service. We also offer Hidden Treasure Club, a children's program from ages 4-10 on Wednesday night during the 7:00 p.m. service. Nursery is provided in each service for ages 3 and under.

Online Ministry

Nursing Home Ministry

Prior to Covid 19, Sterling Baptist Church was privileged to hold services at Sears nursing home and a Bible study at Senior Care Center. Sterling Baptist Church has always been involved in the nursing home and shut in ministry. It is our prayer that we will be able to resume these soon.

Visitation Outreach

Prior to COVID 19, Sterling Baptist Church was involved in a door to door visitation program. We also have a letter writing ministry, sending invitations to our services to people who have relocated to Brunswick. Sterling Baptist Church is also active in taking non-perishable food to the food bank and homeless shelter here in Brunswick.
